Finding Private Office Space in Washington DC

Finding Private Office Space in Washington DC

There’s no shortage of beautiful, professional office-space options in DC. If it’s convenience you’re after, there’s much to be had within a stone’s throw of one of Washington’s dozens of Metro stops. If you want great nearby dining options, the District boasts plenty of award-winning, historic and famous eateries, many just a quick jaunt from numerous offices.

But when it comes to flexibility and affordability, no office-space choice can beat Metro Offices. As the leader in office solutions in and around Washington for more than 30 years, we’re no stranger to the needs of area professionals, be they solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, employees, or something else entirely.

With three in-the-heart-of-DC spots, one (or more!) of our office locations is sure to meet your requirements for professional space in 2021.

Dupont Circle

If iconic DC is your thing, come to our Dupont Circle private offices spot at At 1250 Connecticut Ave. NW.  Just a few blocks from the well-known and beautiful Dupont Circle Fountain (the dedication of which celebrates its centennial this year), our Dupont location truly has it all: great food, coffee, shopping, banking, and a state-of-the-art, onsite fitness center. Just a block from the Red Line’s Dupont Circle Metro station, worrying about parking when you come to work can be a thing of the past.

Not ready to work at a hot desk, even with our strict social-distancing guidelines and frequent-sanitization procedures in place? No problem. We have a variety of private-office options for you. These are lockable rooms with lockable storage and access to the same great amenities that have always set Metro Offices apart: unlimited gourmet coffee, tea, and filtered water; professional-grade printers and secure, lightning-speed Wi-Fi.

Midtown

Our Farragut West office space rentals  location is pure Washington. Just two blocks from the White House, the building at our 1725 I St. NW spot has an indoor waterfall, a 10-story atrium, and (did you guess?) a gorgeous onsite fitness center. Right across the street is Farragut Park, where you can grab an afternoon meal from one of the many eclectic, critically acclaimed food trucks that park there during the week.

Here, too, we have an abundance of private-office choices. Need to do some heads-down, solo work? Opt for one of our smaller lockable rooms. Need something larger? At our Farragut Square spot, we have private enclosed areas that seat up to 10 people.

This location is among our most-convenient, too. Whether you ride Metro’s Orange Line, Blue Line, or Red Line, you can access Metro Offices within mere minutes of disembarking your train.

Metro Center

Our Metro Center office at One Metro Center couldn’t be more public-transportation-friendly. The Red Line’s Metro Center stop connects directly to our building. Now that the weather is warming up, come make use of our large rooftop terrace and its comfortable furniture as you enjoy lunch or a coffee break.

Renting a private office is just as much a possibility here as it is at our other spots. Our Metro Center location has private offices in multiple sizes, making it great for getting work done on your own, brainstorming with colleagues, partners, or employees, or presenting to a client or prospect.
